EASY EXCHANGES

We made our exchange policy as easy as possible! Within 14 days of your original order date, if you need a different size, color or style, please email us at

VibraniumStone.sale@gmail.com. Include your original order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

REPLACEMENT ORDERS

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons: You receive an incorrect item Your order contains damaged product(s) Your order has a printing mistake Part of your order is missing from the package You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail. You can contact us at

VibraniumStone.sale@gmail.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.

CHANGES TO ORDERS NOT YET SHIPPED

If your order has not already processed, click on your electronic receipt you received from us to edit your shipping address, size, or color of your item. If your order has processed, email or chat with us so we can assist you further just email us at VibraniumStone.sale@gmail.com (mailto:VibraniumStone.sale@gmail.com). If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return / exchange policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed you mind after you’ve ordered? Do you need to cancel the order? We can help you with that! Contact us through email at VibraniumStone.sale@gmail.com or though chat on our website and we be more than happy to help you with the issue. We will issue your refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

If you receive an item you are not completely satised with, please email us

Depending on your preference, we will work with you to quickly issue a replacement order issue or refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Welcome to VibraniumStone Store ("Site"), the place to purchase VibraniumStone Store gear (each item, a "Product").

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") will apply to any purchases of Product you make on the Site.

Exchanges

We work hard to ensure that our Products are printed on quality materials and are shipped on time and accurately. We accept exchanges ONLY for the following reasons:

The Product itself is flawed.

The quality of the printing is poor.

The final Product is materially different from the Product presented on the Site.

If you would like to exchange a Product for any of these reasons, please email us at: VibraniumStone.sale@gmail.com within ten days of the date of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the Product issue in your email. We will not accept any exchanges unless you contact us within ten days of the date of delivery. All requests for exchanges are subject to VibraniumStone Store discretion.

Please note that we use a third party service provider, GearLaunch, Inc. for certain services, including payment processing and customer service, relating to our Products and Site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL VibraniumStone Store (OR ITS LICENSORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR (B) ANY AMOUNT, IN THE AGGREGATE, IN EXCESS OF THE GREATER OF (I) $100 OR (II) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THIS APPLICABLE CLAIM, OR (III) ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. The parties expressly agree that the federal and state courts located in, respectively, San Francisco County, California or the Northern District of California are the most reasonable and convenient forums for resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms, and thus designate those courts as the exclusive forums in which all such disputes shall be litigated. Accordingly, the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of, and service of process by, said courts.
